Traditionally used as an antihistamine, mineral support, diuretic, decongestant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anemia, cardiovascular disease, skin and bone health, prostate health, UTIs, diabetes and as a pain suppressant. It has also been studied to relieve gout symptoms, and arthritis symptoms.
Description
Has been studied for its excellent antihistamine properties, compared to over-the-counter pharmaceuticals. Do not take Stinging Nettle if you are on Lithium. If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, are on water pills, or are taking blood thinners do not take Stinging Nettle without the direction of a health care provider.
